The January Stamp of the Month from Close to My Heart showcases a heart with flowers. I re-created that feel of that image, but used the Thin Cut Heart Die and the large floral array on the stamp set. This gave a bit more dimension than just the flat stamped image.
The heart die cuts 2 images at once - a thin border and the main body. I used Sea Foam glitter paper for the border and Sea Foam cardstock for the body. This has been my favorite paper (both for cardstock and glitter paper) since CTMH introduced it as their color of the year back in August. I will miss this paper come fall! Looking forward to see what next year's color will be.

S1701 - Adore You - January's Stamp of the Month |
I wanted the floral image to be soft, so I used my stamp pad inks and watercolored with them. I just applied to
color to an empty acrylic block and used a very fine watercolor brush to
color in all those small spaces! This is a good way to make sure your
colors will coordinate, and you can control how much color actually gets applied. It's easy to add another layer of color if you want a deeper shade.
So here's a list of what I used on these cards - all from CTMH
